The Senior Mortgage Processor with a Kforce client located in Phoenix, Arizona will have the following functions: Support and lead the team in achieving performance objectives Assist with 'on-the-job' training Support management decisions and implements change Serve as an SME (subject matter expert) in the most complex loan requests and issues Process and close conventional or VA mortgage loan applications Utilize your expertise in process or system enhancements You may assume management level primary business duties To qualify, the Senior Mortgage Processor must meet the following minimum requirements: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3+ years of recent mortgage loan processing experience Preferred Additional Qualifications Include: Supervisory or management experience Broad expertise in the mortgage loan funding process A Bachelor's Degree
