I want to develop an application for a tablet that does the following: 1) Can be used for patient check-in a doctors office by last name and another credential A) a script will need to be created that pull data from medical data software to the cloud, the tablet will then link to the cloud for login purposes and show the patients information (it will not write any information back to the medical data software) as any updated data should be pushed to the cloud, (ie: address change, email, phone) as most software companies will not let us write back to their software 2) after checkin the patient will then answer lifestyles questions and also see ads specified by us or the manufacturer A) other items and questions may be asked of the patient 3) upon hitting submit all of these answer will be sent to the cloud 4) email advertisement/coupons will auto be sent to the patient by email or text 5) reports will be generated for each doctor please note as this is a multi tierd project I am not sure of our companies full budget but would like to roll this out quickly Desired Skills: MySQL, .NET, PHP Keywords: Database Development, MySQL, PHP, .NET
