Hi I'm looking for a contractor to create a simple, easy-to-use comparison calculator compatible with apple and android mobile devices suitable for both handheld and tablets. This needs to be a simple web app that can also be used offline - please propose a suitable platform ie. web, native, pdf or similar which is compatible with the key devices such as iOS and Android etc. The spreadsheet is made up of input variables and output results with a comparison figure. The graph is not required. So really, it's just 3 drop down fields which populated a results table and displays a variance number. Attached is the spreadsheet which will drive this job- the spreadsheet password will only be sent to the successful contractor.
