Heat Treat Operator: 1-3 years Experience in role. Heat treats metal parts in fully automatic, semi automatic and manually operated Heat Treat furnaces. Places parts on racks and loads racks into furnaces. Enters cycle programs in furnace controller and starts cycle. Unloads racks from furnaces upon completion of cycle. Packs completed parts in boxes for delivery to originating departments. Require use of fractions and decimals and a working knowledge of heat treating. Requires 3-6 months experience.
