We intend to register marks/trade marks (six in quantity) in the pharmaceutical sector in BELIZE through a local attorney. Interested attorneys may kindly submit their proposals containing the following details: (a) the local registering process, (b) the information/documents required from applicant company for registering a mark and for registering a mark already registered in a different jurisdiction, (c) the time-span between submitting application and getting registration certificate, (d) the lump sum cost with break-up of Government registration fee/charges and professional fee, for each mark/trade mark, (e) any other information considered relevant, and (f) the experiential base of the attorney.
