Our client, located in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an IT Architect. Main Duties: * Provide network, data, and/or application architectural * Provide guidance during informal project design reviews * Provide leadership during formal project design reviews * Ensure appropriate use of technology solutions to meet requirements * Ensure compliance with architectural standards for the design of the project Qualifications: * Strong Experience in conducting complex research of products, technology and industry information based on technical and business requirements to determine best solution * Experience leading complex efforts to assure scope achievement and overall goals of the sponsor\stakeholder * Skilled in writing white papers, based on analysis of complex information, in an easy to consume format for a variety of audiences * Experience presenting to executives, management and general audiences * Ability to interact with other technical architects to understand architecture and guidelines to conform to both industry and corporate standards * Ability to work independently and as a team member * Ability to create prototype's, demo's and other simulation examples of concepts and ideas * 4+ Years experience in a variety of application development languages, to include Java, HTML, C (or derivatives), CSS, PHP, iOS, etc * Demonstrated ability to develop high level design and architecture for enterprise-level projects * Demonstrated ability to develop detailed technical architecture diagrams for projects * Unified Software Development Process * Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 * Software Product Engineering Life Cycle * Ability to quickly learn Enterprise Architecture Processes, Procedures, and Guidelines * The Applications Architect, Data Architect and Network Architect will have domain experience in applications architecture, data architecture or network arc
