In the Pre-Emptive Modification Department of a Kforce Addison, Texas Client's Company, the Closer is expected to successfully manage a high volume of work within a time sensitive process. This includes, but is not limited to the preparation of Modification Closing Packages, coordinating with a Title Vendor to assign a Notary to assist our Customers with Document Signing's, sending and receiving Document Packages, making calls to Customers that have received the Documents, but have not established a signing date; conducting quality checks on signed Documents; sending signed Documents to an internal Partner to be imaged in a Loan File; and working with an internal Business Partner to ensure that the Modification is executed correctly. Other duties include tracking Loan Payments and ensuring that all Documentation is correct and up to date.
