The candidate needs to understand HCM (Human Capital Management) Systems (preferably SaaS solutions) (ie. Workday is preferred, but they realize related experience is very hard to find; PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP HCM experience would be equivalent).Qualifications: Need to understand HR Business Processes (ie.
