Strong QA Process Expertise in HP QC Knowledge of SDLC's Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred with at least 7 years of process improvement and project management experience. Strong working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (CMMI preferred) and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Primary Waterfall). Extensive experience with face to face presentations. Concise, effective communication, verbal and written, to all levels of management. Banking Industry experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in project management/word processing/spreadsheet applications. Comprehensive working knowledge of HP Quality Center. Excellent problem solving skills to assist in detecting potential issues/issue resolution. Strong Technical Writing skills. Working knowledge of Share Point Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite. QA Testing experience Responsibilities: Manage process improvement plan development of any scope. Ensure adherence to all current project methodology standards/procedures, including all documentation requirements. Direct/Monitor deliverables; ensure completion of schedules. Complete status reports; present project milestones deliverables to Sr. Management. Bring issues to resolution/escalate issues or concerns to QAT management. Schedule/Facilitate project meetings/publish meeting minutes/track impact/issue documents. Identify and provide opportunities for the continual improvement of the software testing productivity, process and application. Contribute to Quality through: Ideas, Activities, Knowledge Acquisiton, Plans and processes. Be a focal point, champion and mentor of the process improvement. Contribute towards and champion the institutionalization of change. Perform process definition, assessment and improvement. Align process improvement effort with Business Objectives. Process project management. Implement Risk Management/Escalation management. Perform, document and comminicate process gap assessments and compliance audits. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively present to target audience. Organized, detail oriented/self motivated. Assert ideas, encourage teamwork; act as a role model. Demonstrate diplomatic negotiating skills/excellent interpersonal skills.
