Need an Informatica developer, with at least 8 years of experience, to work in a corporate finance area of a large financial firm, assisting in the development of a "Metadata Consumption Interface." Work will involve a lot of integration-type development, putting together x-connection and connection strings, creating custom connections. Consultant will work with business representatives and IT management to define requirements. There are two positions, both closely related. One will work on Informatica's Metadata repository, another will build a reporting/consumption interface. Design intuitive and efficient user-interfaces and data visualization displays. Provide senior-level support for Metadata Consumption development. Define technical architecture for metadata reporting application, authoring functional and technical specs. Design, develop, test, and implement Metadata Consumption Interface and web-based functions and services, and provide on-going support for these applications. Support and develop web-based metadata reports. Proven track record in systems development and analytics, with experience writing systems requirements documents. Highly detail-oriented and conscientious. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies.
