The Python Test Engineer will be responsible for automated and manual testing of Telecommunications software and products used in an Avionics environment. Additional duties include test plan, test script and test case development, as well as execution of tests for product validation, based on system requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   ·         Reviews product specifications for completeness, accuracy and testability. ·         Develops, implements and maintains automated and manual test cases. ·         Contributes to development and maintenance of automation software. ·         Conducts iterative testing of development deliverables. ·         Utilizes HP Quality Center to document test cases and test results. ·          Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: ·         Strong experience programming in Python. ·         Experience in product test in a telecommunications, data communications and/or regulated electronics industries. ·         Proficiency with Linux operating systems. ·         Software configuration management skills and tools, Subversion experience preferred. ·         Industry experience in wired and wireless data communication, telecommunication and VoIP.  ·         Experience with satellite communications is a plus. ·         Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as working inclusively within a multidisciplinary or multicultural team. ·         Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change in an Agile development environment. ·         Effectively and regularly communicates with direct management and project team, as appropriate. ·         2+ years of Software and System testing experience. ·         1+ years of experience developing test automation. ·         Experience testing mobile platform (iPhone, Android, Blackberry) applications a plus.   EDUCATION:   ·         Bachelor’s  or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering Recent graduates are welcome to apply as well TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required.   Location:              Interlocken Business Park, Broomfield, CO Duration:              6 Month Type:                      Contract Pay Range :          Based on Experience / 1099   Colorado Resource Solutions is a committed Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEOE)   Select this link to apply for this position: http://sj.tbe.taleo.net/SJ1/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=CORESRC&cws=1&rid=158
