Contract Length: 6 Months Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00 hr DOE Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30pm A HS diploma or GED certificate is required; please assure to have the original ready for us to verify. You will be required to pass a drug screen and background check. CANDIDATES MUST BE OF U.S. CITIZENSHIP. Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units. Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to meet certain certifications in field and to have at least 0-2 years of experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Must have prior machining experience and know how to use ID Micrometer, OD Micrometer, Calipers, Bore Micrometer, Height Gage, Radius Gage, Surface Plate, air gages, plug gages, indicator micrometers, comparator charts, and cell specific dedicated gages All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA Safety Sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (PCP).
