Invitation for the Service of Software Developer Quotations are hereby invited from competent software developers to develop a Least-Cost Ration Formulation Software for the on-going ARCN-CARGS Project on "Development of Feed Standards for the Nigerian Poultry". The project involves surveys of research results on poultry feed ingredients and nutrition work done in Nigeria for the past 10 to 20 years.
