In these mortgage closer positions, you will be performing a wide range of clerical duties related to the closing of conventional residential mortgage loans including the preparation of closing packages. Candidates will ensure integrity of data captured in processing/closing system, communicate with escrow/title companies, loan originators, and other parties verifying all conditions and regulatory requirements are met, as well as obtains or requests any missing conditions. All candidates for this mortgage closer position will be responsible for performing various post closing activities including auditing closed files, creating delivery-servicing packages, verifying all required documents are included in file, and following up to obtain any missing documents. All mortgage closer candidates need to have a working knowledge of real estate documentation requirements and knowledge of the closing process would be a huge plus!
