Sales/Data Summary - Admin Assistant Data Entry Microsoft Excel Computer
We receive sales order forms (50-100) forms per each sales event. We will scan each page, and need the following work completed: 1) Check calculations of each order, unit prices, extension & order total 2) Summarize all the orders in master worksheet (excel), our company to provide excel template 3) Return summarized order worksheet back to our company, with all correct figures We will have 25-25 different sales between September & October 2012. As mentioned each sale will involve 50-100 order forms to check math and summarize in excel. We can provide more detail and samples of work required. Need somebody solid in excel and cross-referencing figures, running adding tape to make sure numbers are accurate. Prefer vendor with ftp, or drop box for sending large, scanned pdf files.
