Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work at Sellafield in Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Issuing cost reports - Maintenance of cost control data - Maintenance of historical reports to help on new projects in the future - Ensuring that cost control systems employed are of the required standard - Managing financial audits on all sub contractors. -Collating functional cost performance data and producing PFS and PFSR monthly reports. -Producing commercial summaries of performances to date. -Producing accurate costing forecasts. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills. Current security clearance would be an advantage.
