In conjunction with the CRM rollout they are utilizing a SaaS model for their loyalty program. Looking for someone that has a passion for their work and can get past roadblocks associated with dealing with multiple LOBs and partners. Needs to have strong documentation skills and follow established methodologies. contract is initially 6 months but most likely will go 18+ months. Retail experience a very nice to have.
