Residential Construction Estimating Database - Microsoft Access VBA Database
We are a general contractor of high end residences. We are looking for an organization with a long standing history of developing successful database applications. Bidders must be able to share examples of past work. We would like the development of this database be an integrated process: meaning the organization awarded this job will be asked to regularly share their progress with web conferencing sessions. ------------------------------------------ Added 8 JUN 2012, 15:35 PM EDT The general intent of developing this database application is to create cost estimates through the automation of writing and distributing request for proposals (RFPs). Each item in the estimating catalogue shall have a variety of scope of work (SOW) content stored with it, which can be toggled on or off to make each individual item relevant to the project it is being assigned to. Requirements For the first phase of development, it is necessary for the database to perform the following function. 1. Manage the items database and all its corresponding data 2. Manage bidders list and each individual project they are bidding on 3.
