Brandywine Technology is currently interviewing candidates to fill an internal role as a Microsoft Support Specialist. We are looking for candidates with expertise in Microsoft Office products to add to our Microsoft Support Team! The candidate should posess excellent customer service skills and outstanding communication. The Support Specialist will handle a variety of issues relating to Microsoft products such as; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Windows operating systems, as well as Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices. The Specialist must have advanced knowledge in Excel and the ability to created Pivot tables, Macros, VLookup, create IF statements etc. Candidates must have MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification.
