My client has a range of exciting new projects and looking for an Additional TAMS engineer (Tools & Manufacturing systems engineer / Tooling Project Enginer). Ideally a strong Mechanical design engineering background or 2D/3D Cad Design background in Tools design would be a preference. This is to drive new projects and ensure 3rd party suppliers delivery high quality designs, products to cost and time scales etc. Also be able to pick up old paper designs and over-see the re-design in 2D or 3D. You must have some knowledge in Tools Design and able to read and understand 2D and ideally 3D designs and understand issues/problems within these and how to drive delivery. This is a fast paced and exciting contract role based in Derby.
