The HR Service Delivery Manager will be accountable for service delivery across a range of manufacturing sites, distribution centres, sales offices and supporting functions within the UK. The ideal candidate will be a qualified HR Professional but the clear focus of the role is on the short - medium and long term resource management and stakeholder management. The focus of the HR Service Delivery Manager will be on resource management, team leadership, capability development and the planned delivery of consistently excellent service. You will model the role of customer champion and coach the team to deliver customer care and innovation to add value. The HR Service Delivery Manager will ensure their team is fully integrated with and complements the other components of the HR Operating Model (Business HR, Service Centres/helpdesk, Centres of Excellence and HR Operations Specialist roles). The HR Service Delivery Manager will foster a culture of service excellence within the HR operating model. They will coach the team to deliver customer care and innovation to add value. This is a KEY INFLUENCING role, which is crucial to the successful implementation and evolution of the HR Model in the business and HR function. Excellent planning skills and stakeholder management are vital. The HR Service Delivery Managers are not typically involved in operational delivery or process escalation.
