The required skills and experience for the role of Online Social Media Community Manager are: -In depth social media management experience and knowledge -Experience managing an Online community in a professional capacity -Excellent understanding of using social media to make a return on investment and for financial gain. -A good understanding of the psychology behind engaging content and maintain an Online community effectively and to an expect level. -An understanding of the financial sector a benefit but not essential.
