Job Description: Adecco is recruiting a part-time Quality Inspector for a plastics company in Corry, PA. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with some occasional weekend day work. This is a great position for someone with quality inspection experience who is looking to reenter the workforce. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -Perform full dimensional layouts on products -Measure and perform capability studies and analysis -Generate spreadsheets and reports on data collected -Complete PPAP packages for submittal to Customers -Perform and manage the Measurement Systems including calibration and GRR -Direct interaction with the customer -Support New Product Development and AQP processes -Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Control function in a manufacturing environment and must be able to operate and program CMM. Must be able to use other gauges such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators and other measurement equipment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have clear oral and written communication skills. Applicants must be able to keep accurate records and follow policies and procedures.
