Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required....must be an Excel Guru. - Written VBA applications such as macros and forms - Created PivotTables - Utilized OLAP to connect to databases - Used VLOOKUP to do table comparisons Able to manipulate data, merge,performing V-lookups, Macros, creating Pivot Tables with live data and produce charts. Working experience with Microsoft Access. Assisting the Project team by creating and maintaining up-to-date and accurate program assignments, Service Requests, Self-Perform Proposals, status reports and any other reports as necessary. Regular database updates with respect to assignments and Program specific information. Perform audits on leases and prepare and process modification applications and lease amendments for telecommunications facilities. Data management requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Working knowledge of Casper, Siterra, SharePoint, and SQL is a plus. Understand Radio Frequency Data Sheets (RFDS's) and how they must relate to site specific Construction Drawings (CDs)/Redline Drawings, the Modification Application, and the Lease Amendment is a plus.
