Looking for PM II and PM III. *MUST have wireless construction background and indepth experience in managing project finances (P&L responsibilties) PM II; Sr. CM who has evolved into a PM, must be very hands on if needed, runs at market level, talks to the crews in the field, takes all schedules and manage them. Understands Excel, has financial experience, P&L (10 Mill+), budget, act as an entrepreneur running a med. Size business, PMP or PMI is a big plus PM III; a Sr. PM, to run regional market or multiple markets, customer facing, can lead customer.Strong finance experience. PMP or PMI is a big plus OVerall Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and implement project schedule for specific geographic/market area. Track and report project dates, status, and actions weekly Coordinate site walks Work as a liaison between regional network, market teams, vendors and all HQ organizations. Resolve conflicts as necessary for project completion. Coordinates cross functional team activities Perform the primary role of single point of contact for the project team during all project phases. Skills and Experience: Position requires a candidate with a well-rounded wireless background and 5 years applicable experience. **Background in Construction Management, Project Management, and Logistics/Project profitability experience preferred. Require proficiency and significant experience in expedited ramp ups of new wireless network deployment projects/contracts/logistics with respect to project planning, scheduling, financial analysis, human resource management, and vendor management. Experience should include successful project planning and project management in telecommunications. Must be 'self-motivated' and capable of managing and tracking multiple projects, tasks, deadlines Strong organizational Skills and planning capabilities Possess strong risk management, communication skills (oral and written), and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, and oversee multiple projects with limited supervision. Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks Communicates in regards to budget with full responsibility over P&L Must P&L experience, with understanding of margins, profits, risks, etc Strong analytical and problem solving skills Must have strong MS Excel skills with ability to produce run rate schedules, track crew resources, etc. Must have extensive Excel background including v-lookup - build a tracker in excel, data consolidation, reporting, etc Education: Bachelor degree and/or 5-7 years of related experience the wireless/telecommunications industry. PMP Certification a plus. Construction Management experience with UMTS and LTE technologies a plus.
