i need someone to help me make small alteration to my current building plan to be submitted to the council for approval. the plan is for building a screening fence for a single private residence. I have the plan only in pdf, so i need someone to make the changes (eg to increase and reduce the width of the wall, to move the pier back from current position etc) and email back the plan in pdf for me to print out in A3 size.
