Location : Jersey City, NJ Duration : 3-6 months DESCRIPTION: Support of an enterprise Cisco VOIP system -Monitor the environment and respond to alerts -Resolve outages and voice quality issues -Escalate issues with vendors including carriers, manufacturers and service providers -Fulfill requests for installations, changes in configurations, coverage paths, etc. -Perform implementations and rollouts Support and maintain the Cisco Call Manager / IPCC/Unity Voicemail and Voice gateway infrastructure/ and NICE QMT Develop and support mobility options including soft-phone Maintain accurate documentation SKILLS: Specific Call Manager 6.X and 8.X experience with strength in call manager administration. Experience with, and understanding of, Cisco Voice-over-IP technologies Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Previous experience with supporting and operating voice networks in remote Domestic U.S Good written and oral communication skills Good documentation skills Must be able to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment Familiarity with the ITIL change, incident and problem management systems & procedures Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of experience Please email resumes to firstname.lastname@example.org
