We are currently recruiting for a Master Scheduler to work at a great company located in Albuquerque, NM! This is a contract opportunity that is expected to last 6 months. Responsibilities include: Mentor the Analysts I and II, and develop specific project work instructions related to PP&C. Lead process improvement and tool implementation. Coordinate proposal activities for PP&C. Master Scheduler is integral to product development teams through problem solving and performing the project management process. He/she will facilitate and support cost/schedule risk mitigation plans for complex programs, and will monitor program activities through Earned Value metrics throughout IPDS program phases. Maintain metrics for programs and contract for earned value (CPI/SPI), quality, technical performance and delivery through all of the IPDS phases. Support the Program Manager in the development of program plans for new programs. Analyze critical path(s) and integrate with cost/schedule. Develop corrective actions, perform rate analysis, and analyze performance indices. Qualifications include: Must have a bachelor's degree and experience in the Aerospace industry. Proven skills and knowledge to perform complex tasks independently on large programs/projects with one or more sites or enterprises Requires a high level of customer focus and frequent internal and external customer contact. Ability to deliver high quality, complex products using effective time management skills. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to cross-functional teams.
