- Follow and maintain compliance to all safety, corporate and organizational requirements. - Assemble and test of complex electromechanical products and/or circuit card assemblies (surface mount and through-hole) using engineering drawings and manufacturing work instructions - Troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical assemblies using light assembly tools (hand tools, multimeters, wiring tools etc) - Perform routine maintenance on equipment in defined area. - Work as a team member with peers, engineers, supply chain staff and management to meet production goals. - Perform work and train to be certified to required standards including but not limited to IPC-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-620. (Existing certifications to these standards is a plus) Desired Experience: - Assembly experience (electromechanical assembly, wire harnesses and/or circuit card assembly) in an ISO-9000 and/or AS9100 quality system - Demonstrated teamwork skills (collaboration, communication, problem solving, listening) in a production environment working with peers and extended team members. - Experience with MRP/ERP systems and Windows based software - U.S. Citizenship is mandatory - Certification and/or operational experience to J-STD-001 and IPC-610 and IPC-620
