Title: PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Developer Location: Portland, OR Contract Duration: 6-9 months Essential Responsibilities: The Software Developer/Analyst for Financials and Procurement is responsible for providing focus and skill resulting in the enhancements to our client's Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management Application version 9.1. This engagement is focused on systems analysis, information consistency, and development in PeopleSoft to support our on-going stabilization of PeopleSoft-FSCM. Experience with PeopleTools 8.50 or higher. Be proficient in PeopleSoft development technologies and supporting PeopleSoft Applications including: Application Designer, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, Work Flow, and SQR. Contractor shall have experience with Oracle relational database management systems. Must have Formal PeopleTools and PeopleSoft module training. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required: - 7-10 years of directly related experience as PeopleSoft developer working with PS-FSCM, with a focus in Purchasing and/or Inventory. Experience with PS-FSCM 9.1, preferred. - Experience with PeopleTools 8.50 or higher Proficiency in PeopleSoft development technologies, including Application Designer, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, Work Flow - Must have formal PeopleTools and PeopleSoft module training. - Familiarity with configuration management tool, STAT. - Procurement and the Procurement tools - Compliance and familiarity with level C documentation (quality controls) required for functional changes made to application. Level C documentation experience should include documenting: code changed, test plan, test plan execution, change control check-in/out, and change request documentation. - Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and human relations skills - Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills - Ability to work well cross-functionally with a variety of people to accomplish goals and support others Experience in all phases of testing including functional, system, and user acceptance testing
