We are seeking a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst to support an employee population of over 30K. Consultant duties will encompass a variety of critical duties related to PeopleSoft 8.9 HCM/HRMS modules including Recruiting, Workforce Administration, Position Management, and other core Human Resources modules. A successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands experience in the full implement or upgrade of HCM/HRMS/PeopleSoft. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork skills Detail-Oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HR with minimum 5 years as a functional analyst Proficiency with SQL and Psquery including multiple table joins, subqueries, and conditional aggregation Proficiency with advanced MS-Excel functions and MS-Word Strong HRIS experience including requirements gathering, data analysis and documentation Proven experience in System and User test planning and coordination with the ability to think conceptually to identify test scenarios Experience working in a production environment 8 month contract duration
