Design and technical owner of EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) software solution Gain a thorough understanding of the EFM software solutions architecture and services from end to end Leverage Software's APIs to enhance the UI to meet expectations of class software Determine design of the integration points to core systems Be able to clearly document integration paths, craft design documentation and wire frame design plans Adhere to Human Interface Guidelines Work with designers to go beyond world class design to class design Ensure services are UI framework agnostic, capable of being utilized by any web framework, cocoa or iOS Manage large complex programs crossing multiple business groups and Software Development teams Critical thinking and Problem Solving with strong analytical capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience - This position demands the best and brightest J2EE Architects. You should have the following experience designing / architecting large-scale web applications and services using Object-Oriented languages. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse skill set: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required, Masters preferred 10+ years of software development experience is required 5+ years of experience specifically in enterprise application architecture Integration and performance tuning between large systems of applications Large-scale custom application development with Java/ J2EE Expert in providing and consuming web services such as RESTful, SOAP, and XML-RPC Expert in MVC design patterns Expert Java based frameworks (JSF or Spring is preferred) Practical experience with version control systems such as Subversion
