A client of Kforce is seeking an experienced SalesForce.com Consultant for their Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania client. The Salesforce Technical Consultant will deliver top notch implementation, customization, configuration and training services. Main Duties: Work with clients; either on-site or remotely to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to SalesForce.com Configure and deploy Salesforce to customers and customize modules to their specific business needs Build reports and dashboards as needed to gauge project success Provide training on new customizations or new implementations to customers You may participate on data conversions during project life cycle Communicate status updates of projects to various stakeholders Assist with pre-sales and marketing activities as needed Maintain Certified Administrator and Consultant Certifications Required Skills: Working knowledge and direct experience with SalesForce.com Ability to manage concurrent projects Understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance Working knowledge of data structures and understanding of data migration Demonstrated training and customer skills Strong problem solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience Ability to recognize opportunities for new business 5+ years of experience configuring and delivering application solutions A Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Business, or relevant discipline A Master's Degree is preferred Experience may be considered in lieu of a Degree Preferred Skills / Abilities: Current Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Consultant designations SalesForce.com experience preferred Consulting experience a plus, but not required Understanding of data structures and migrations using the SalesForce.com data loader; import wizard, and Excel Connector tools Travel flexibility; local and out of state approximately 10 to 20% when needed
