fix a hacked moodle installation and upgrade it to last secure stable vers - MySQL PHP Moodle

shalom 2all, It's about the site (based on moodle 1.6.x), that was hacked about 3 years ago, and since then has experienced many odd and frustrating behaviors. the site had no maintenance for the last 2 years, and needs to be fixed and updated to the last secure stable version of moodle (or be fully exported to some other compatible plattform) and integrate some features for sure available as plugins or so.
