Reposting again, because of issues with elance... Have a portfolio design in PSD that I need converted to valid HTML5/CSS3. Will also have a couple of jQuery animations. Pages: Home, Blog, Post, About, Contact, Portfolio We need to use a CSS grid framework for layout, and LESS or SCSS for the CSS code itself. We would also like to bring in jQuery, just to do some very basic animations. We may like to make the theme responsive. We do not have a separate responsive design, we would like someone we can work together to simply re-align the layout for mobile devices while retaining the original styling. Please make a proposal for the base amount, and add in your message what your thoughts are on making it responsive. Images attached.
