Sales Order Processor / Project Estimator
We are seeking to recruit a Sales Order Processor / Project Estimator for our client based in Lowestoft. MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE � To be responsible for providing UK & International Quotations for the complete company portfolio as requested by existing and potential customers, from information received via facsimiles, drawings and Bills of Quantities, to follow-up and track these enquiries through to order stage. � To offer quotation support and customer follow up � Deliver excellent project management and current activity list � Deliver expertise in installation and product knowledge � Experience in cladding & door installation an advantage � Competent in CAD systems creating images and reading off files � Be confident in telephone skills and insure an attention to detail in all written correspondence � To provide cover, support and assistance to the 2 Sales order processors on a daily basis in delivery UK & International Sales Orders. � To resolve or facilitate the resolution of customer queries relating to the technical aspect of our client's products. � To work closely with the Technical Manager / Sales Office Team Leader to resolve installation queries and keep updated of progress � Updating Pivotal as and where necessary. � To provide regular updates to sales force in regard to project stages � To achieve World Class Customer Service. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Specialist knowledge: Previous experience and full competence of AutoCAD Experience in Estimating and Quotation building Up to date Knowledge of Construction industry Experienced installer of Interior finishes Digital print knowledge Experience of managing supply chain and customer expectation Follow project through all stages until final QC and after sales follow up Competent in windows packages and good telephone manner Sales Order Processing would be preferable and Language skills but not essential. PC Literate: Good organiser in activities Contract management system, Preferably have experience in JD Edwards One World E.R.P. system. Business skills: To be familiar with a call centre telephony system, listening and keying, able to handle high volume of forced calls in a professional manner, time management, interpersonal skills, administration and planning, problem solving, resilience, team work, detail handling. Personal characteristics: Pro-active, bright, articulate, concise, empathetic, team player, think on feet, service orientated, helpful, level headed/mature, self-confident, flexible, self-motivated and sense of humour.
