Windows 7 Deployment. Installation and De-Installation of equipment and peripheral devices in locations designated. Upgrading, repair and migration of equipment and associated peripheral devices. Installation and De-installation of software and associated peripheral device drivers. Upgrading, repair and migration of software and associated peripheral device drivers. Accurately enter data into a variety of computer systems for the purpose of tracking computer equipment and/or software. Learn and follow established departmental procedures (SOPs, Protocols, Safety Procedures). Follow archiving procedures for users data. Successfully perform data migrations of user’s data. <FONT color='#444444' face=''Arial','sans-serif'' style='font-size: 10pt;'> Required Skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor Ability to work well under pressure and short deadlines Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to move tickets to other and categorize within the different fields of IT (i.e. Network Support, Desktop Support, Server Support, etc.) Skillful with troubleshooting and working with all Windows Operating Systems: XP, 2000 and 98 Advanced understanding of troubleshooting networking and TCP/IP configurations with a network environment that has multiple VLANS Able to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide resolution for issues Advanced understanding of software related issues with the Windows platform Familiar with vendor management regarding service parts and system RMA’s MCSE certification preferred Eligible employees receive 21 paid days off, medical (HMO & PPO), dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, career development and learning opportunities, and much more in the first year.
