Currently based in Hackney, our buildings include Netil House - home to Netil 000, Netil 360 and Netil Market and Hackney Downs Studios - home to our multi-use events spaces, studios and The Russet Cafe. www.creativenetworkpartners.com We are seeking a qualified Architect with UK building experience to facilitate the construction of a planned structure within an existing Warehouse building. Contracted to take the project from design development through the construction phase to practical completion, an estimate contract period of 6 months, the successful Candidate will be required to: -work closely with our in-house architect and building team whilst leading with qualified experience. -display diligent management and administration skills. -have a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations. -illustrate through practice fastidious attention to detail. -exhibit a passion for advanced construction techniques and material detailing. -take ownership of an existing plan, maintaining the architectural intent and language. -be responsible for the day to day administration of the building project. -engage with all relevant building and design consultants to advance the project through detailed design and construction -act as lead consultant and client representative. -assist in the project management of the build in collaboration with construction team. -meet programming and budget deadlines. -exhibit a thorough understanding of Health and Safety Regulations. The two-story Build project requires a candidate with aptitude, and the ability to quickly respond to issues, and resolve details throughout the process with speed and efficiency. All applicants should have confidence in their design skills and be expert in AutoCAD software packages. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels in a friendly and approachable manner is a pre-requisite Contract Period: 6 months with view to potential of a permanent position.
