An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join the Solutions, Architecture and Technology department, within VISA Europe. As the Project Coordinator you will focus on administration, reporting, tracking, managing budgets and co-ordinating activity. As well as general ad-hoc administration duties, you will be expected to meet and present with senior stakeholders. Due to the high level of autonomy with the role, you must be proactive and very well organised. Experience of on-boarding is essential as you will be required to support the on-boarding/off-boarding activities for department staff. Knowledge of Clarity and Micro strategy is necessary. Proven experience in forecasting and budgeting, using Hyperion, would be advantageous. This role is predominantly Reading-based; however frequent travel to Basingstoke and Paddington is necessary.
