Organizational Change Management Analyst - Experis is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst for a project in West Los Angeles with a well-known higher education institution. The Change Management Analyst will have responsibility for campus-wide communications and change management services related to a major Human Resources Information Systems implementation and business transformation effort. The Analyst will be responsible for the following: Establish a comprehensive change management program with particular emphasis upon project related communications. Determine most effective delivery method, development of content tailored to delivery channel and audience, project status updates, maintain and support project portal, and general project logistics. Participate in the engagement of cross-campus resources and teams to facilitate critical change management transition activities. Participate in requirements gathering, developing presentations for key stakeholder meetings, development of project aids and materials that enable effective delivery of the project. Develop standardized project tools supporting the Change Management effort. Are you interested? The ideal Change Management Analyst will possess the following: 5+ years demonstrated experience in organizational communications within an large, complex organization; effective communications planning across multiple modes of delivery. Skill to provide change management services to project teams, stakeholders and university workforce; adept with supporting the development of business transformation tools such as instructional materials, process documentation, system documentation, user guides and job aides. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications using standard English grammar and punctuation; versant in the application of defined style guides; extreme attention to detail and ability to effectively articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing. Demonstrated experience using content management systems for web-based communications (Plone, Vignette, etc.). Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels within the organization; demonstrated experience in presenting topics to groups of various sizes. Ability to conduct needs analysis using requirements for various business processes, including information flow, reporting and applications for defined functional area; ability to document using standard terminology and formatting. Knowledge of the application development life-cycle and project management techniques and tools; familiar with developing project plans and project deliverables. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development or MIS OR five years (or more) of equivalent experience.
