Its a very large job to build an original social networking website focused specifically on individuals careers, talents, and hobbies. This website will be in the same scope as Facebook as far as scale goes, and will be just as popular if designed properly. I have a full 5 phase plan in the works once its created to get the momentum going. I really need someone, (or a team) willing to help work with me to build this site from the ground up.
