Commercial Managers-Government-London-9 months+ Commercial Managers-Government-London-9 months+ Our large government client is looking for Commercial managers and Commercial Interface Managers and Commercial Managers with experience of transactions. The post holders will generally lead the relationship with at least one of the sixteen passenger rail franchise operators in the UK and can be expected to be deployed flexibly as part of the wider Divisional and Directorate team to meet emerging risks and business needs on: *Day to day commercial issues *Briefing Ministers on matters arising as well as contracted or programmed franchise delivery *Leading the SRO's interests in the Rail Refranchising Programme *Contractual negotiations and variations *Commercial support to wider Departmental programmes e.g. capital investment schemes such as Thameslink, Crossrail *Able to synthesise large amounts of complex information from a broad source of disciplines, identify key risks and formulate robust positions *Confident communicator at a senior level - able to influence a wide range of stakeholders, partners, senior colleagues and Ministers *Able to build relationships which enable the delivery of outcomes *Evidence of working with complexity - whether in a delivery, project or contract management environment *Experience of advising multiple clients, either internal or external, on complex multidisciplinary projects and on commercial strategies and issues generally; Experiences: *Experience from one or more of the following areas would be desirable: *Complex contract management e.g. outsourced service provision *Regulatory delivery e.g. utilities, telecoms, financial sector *Project and/or programme management in a regulated industry *Relationship management in a delivery/commercial environment *Working with the wider transport and/or rail sector Please send your CV for more immediate consideration and information on each individual role Spring Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
