Placement Opportunity Summit Media and Print are able to offer a placement for a period of 6 weeks (extension possible if both sides agree). The likely start date is early July. The placement student will be based at the Verve GRP, South Street, Whiteinch, Glasgow. References and reviews will be supplied at the end of the internship. The intern will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy for three different trading arms of Summit Media and Print. These would be: - Europrinting dot com - Verve HA – - Verve GRP – The marketing brief would involve market research, competition offerings, product development, (sizes, shapes, finishes, packaging), coming up with a multi touch campaign, involving Twitter/FB/LI, data profiling and purchasing data, Search engine optimisation and assessing online customer experience. The objective would be to generate a loyal online customer base. We would be looking to attract 1,000 customers from the first campaign for Europrinting. All media channels would be used e.g. Social Media / Direct Mail / Email Blast / Face to Face The website for Europrinting is being built at the moment. The Verve Housing Association website is up and running, google search for us. We are wanting to be in touch with more HA. For Verve GRP generally we would like an intern to research new products and devise a marketing strategy for them.
