Royal Albert Hall Bar Supervisors needed
The Royal Albert Hall, Britain’s leading venue for artists of all descriptions with international acclaim, is now looking for experienced bar supervisors to join their team. Housing 13 bars within the venue, which was opened by Queen Victoria in 1871, each bar can take over £1000 every evening, in a very short time, and therefore we are looking for people that have experience of high turnover bars with managing teams of up to nine people. Main Responsibilities • Take a day-to-day responsibility for one of the thirteen bars housed inside the building. • Line manage up to nine members of staff • Stock management • Cash Management The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar position either in pubs, bars or hotels. It would be advantageous to be a Personal License Holder, however, we are willing to consider people with a strong background in the licensing trade. You will also be willing to work flexibly and have exemplary communication skills.
