We require an experienced support worker who is able to work weekends with customers who are experiencing mental health problems. Candidates should be able to demonstrate they have the ability to: - Promote equality for all individuals. - Enable residents to develop their life skills. - Contribute to the development of individual plans for residents. - Assist residents to make use of available services and information. - Support residents in developing their identity and personal relationships. - Contribute to the protection of individuals from abuse. - Contribute to the well-being, health, safety and security of residents and their environment. - Contribute to the provision of domestic services. - Contribute to the administration of the home. - Assist with personal care tasks where necessary.
