Experienced wiz to convert multiple spreadsheets into online mgmt / db tool - MySQL HTML PHP WordPress Excel
We are seeking a experienced developer to take our multiple-spreadsheets and convert them into a great looking, easy-to-use (UI) management tool that offers the features in the attached spreadsheets. We'd like this to be an intranet portal, so creating the solution via something like Wordpress DB Toolkit ( /extend/plugins/db-toolkit/) or something better would be great. Please note, we don't want the solution to look like Access DB tables and don't want using it to be too complex. We would like the solution to be as simple as filling out a spreadsheet or using basecamp. We will use this system in addition to the project management tools we use (basecamp, trello, etc.), so this solution just needs to give us the ability to: 1. update (add, edit, delete) a master list of roles, milestones and tasks based on the attached "Project Management Schedule Template" 2. apply template changes to existing projects per the "Project Management Schedule Template" 3. view milestone progress similar to the attached "Client Milestone Overview" 4. add, edit, delete clients and their associated domains (e.g. clientdomain.com) 5. drill down from client/domain view to a project management view ("Project Management Schedule Template") via each project (each domain is a project; thus, each client can have several projects). 6. manually and automatically (perhaps via date triggers) mark delayed milestones as bottlenecks (red) per the "Client Milestone Overview" spreadsheet - all other updates should be automated via the "Project Management Schedule Template" per project NOTE: We are open to solutions using skills outside of those listed here.
