Description Broad range of technical skills needed. Wintel Server, Unix, Linux, AIX, Middleware, Netorking troubleshooting skills. Candidate will need excellent customer service skills. Candidate will be working in a Command Center environment. Resources will be taking support calls on the phone and will be troubleshooting Unix and Windows Servers as well as application issues.
