C# with WPF NYC, NY Location: NYC & NJ Duration : 6 months rate : daily basis Looking for senior lead C#/WPF programmer to help build the front-end to a next generation global electronic trading platform. The person will be responsible for designing and implementing the key components and will participate in all phases of the development life cycle. This team needs a real strong C#/WPF lead as their systems are processing an enormous amount of data and therefore need a senior architect/developer who can design and develop a high performance front-end. This person should have strong multi-threading experience. Specific Responsibilities: Experience with translating complex designs into WPF/XAML implementations. Design and implement core supporting GUI components using best practices. Participate in all phases of application development. Required Skills C#, .NET (latest versions) WPF, WPF Performance MVVM, Prism/CAL, Dependency Injection Multi-threading, LINQ and unit-testing Experience in developing high performance GUI and front-end applications or frameworks in a trading developement. Experience in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and object oriented design Nice to have (but not a must): Real time trading front end development.
