This includes the performance and software currency. This position is expected to have a broad knowledge of WEBSPHERE, Introscope, relational database concepts and experience with some experience with relational databases. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and job-related work experience equal to 8-10 years. 4+ years building and troubleshooting system/application/infrastructure experience Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SSH and other technical software) Desire to learn the business of IT (overall view of IT) , and Project Management Clear, concise and accurate written technical white paper(s) such as Technical Guidelines, operational procedures, manuals, and configuration documentation. Respond to change in a positive manner and willingness to shift your work or schedule in response to the demands of the situation. · Websphere experience required. · Business Objects experience is a significant plus. MQ Admin: 4+ years of enterprise-level server support experience including the following web technologies (WEBSPHERE MQ, WEBSPHERE Message Broker, Datapower, IHS, WEBSPHERE Application Server, WEBSPHERE Process Server.
