Accounts Payable Associate Italian
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years Accounts Payable experience from a Shared Service Centre or Multinational and a successful track record in managing relationships. Main Duties: · Processing invoices & performing all reconciliations as directed · Assisting in the resolution of accounting issues · Ensuring coding is in accordance with management requirements · Resolving any issues related to missing invoices and unrecorded receipts · Maintaining customer & supplier relationships & dealing with customer queries · Responsible for the filing of documents in a timely manor · Support production of the standard Key Performance Indicators · Assisting with the communication between the Shared Service Centre and its customers · Assisting the Audit & any queries related to it · Supporting external projects related to the Shared Service Centre · Any ad hoc duties identified by your manager Requirements: · 3rd Level qualification in Finance related area. · 1-2 years AP experience in a shared service centre · Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills · Strong Communication skills both verbal & written · Ability to prioritise workload in a complex accounting environment · Fluency in English and Italian is essential
